This agreement (“Parent Consent Agreement”) pertains to a student (“Customer” or “Student”) who is a minor under the age of 18 and therefore cannot legally provide consent independently. As the parent or legal guardian of the Student, you are required to review, understand, and accept this Parent Consent Agreement on their behalf. For the purposes of this agreement, all references to “you” or “your” shall include your use of the services, as well as your child’s use.

In order for Core Code Learning to collect, store, and use your child’s personal and non-personal data, and to provide access to our services, your consent is legally required.

Please carefully read this Parent Consent Agreement along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct of Core Code Learning. Collectively, these form the binding legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Core Code Learning. You may access these documents at the following links:

Parent Representation and Acknowledgement

By accepting this Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful parent or legal guardian of the Student and that no court or legal body has issued any order affecting your legal rights over the child. You further affirm that the Student has not been emancipated, and you have the full legal authority to provide this consent on behalf of the Student. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Terms of Consent

You agree that your name, your child’s name, region, age, contact details, and other relevant personal or non-personal data may be collected and used by Core Code Learning for purposes directly related to the delivery of its educational services. This may include displaying student data within the learning platform and for internal learning analytics, student reports, and communication.

You acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the Agreement, and you accept all provisions unconditionally. By completing this form, you give your full and irrevocable consent to Core Code Learning to deliver educational services to your child and to process the necessary data to facilitate learning.

You grant to Core Code Learning, including its team members, subcontractors, and service providers, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, worldwide license to store, transmit, use, adapt, and process student-related educational materials. This may include recordings, screenshots, and student-created content for the purpose of learning delivery, training, documentation, and system improvement.

With this consent, you authorize Core Code Learning to video record sessions that your child attends, which may capture their image, voice, name, or screen, should they choose to enable their camera or microphone. Such recordings may be used internally for quality checks, teacher training, or class reviews. In rare cases, and only with your additional written permission, student work or participation may be showcased in marketing or social proof.

You further acknowledge and accept that such recordings and materials may be used for legitimate educational, quality, feedback, reporting, or operational purposes, including internal analytics, parent feedback, training, and auditing, in accordance with our privacy policies.

Indemnity and Legal Responsibility

By providing this consent, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Core Code Learning, its employees, instructors, partners, and successors from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from the Student’s use of the services or any violation of the Agreement by either you or the Student. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party claims, data issues, or breach of conduct.

Final Acknowledgement

By signing or electronically submitting this Parent Consent Agreement, you confirm your full agreement to all terms contained herein. You affirm your legal right to provide this consent and understand that your child’s participation in Core Code Learning programs is conditional upon your acceptance of this Agreement. This consent is binding and may not be revoked without written request and confirmation.
